LEEK PIE
Materials prescription
 
• 5 leeks cut into rings
 
• 1 onion, finely chopped
 
• 1 bunch green onions, chopped
 
• 75 g. olive oil or butter (for those who prefer it)
 
• 1/3 cup. flour, all-purpose
 
• 1/2 liter of milk
 
• 2/3 cup. chicken broth
 
• 300-400 g. Crumbled feta hard
 
• 60-100 g. grated yellow cheese (Cheddar, Gruyere, Gruyere, Parmesan, etc.)
 
• salt
 
• freshly ground pepper
 
• 1 tsp curry (optional)
 
• 2 heaped tablespoons parsley
 
• 1 package puff pastry sheets or village
 
• milk for brushing the leaves
 
Execution
 
1. Put the oil in a skillet to heat , add the leek , onion and shallots and sauté for about 10 minutes. Stirring , add the curry ( optional ) and flour . Continue to sauté for 1-2 ' even slowly add milk and chicken broth , stirring constantly until boil. Add salt , pepper and parsley . Allow the mixture to cool slightly and add the cheese , stirring well .
 
2 . Preheat oven to 220 ° C. Grease a pan and place 4-5 leaves in the bottom of , the lubricating among them . Put the stuffing , cover with the remaining 4-5 leaves and with a brush , baste the last leaf with milk well .
 
3. Bake for 20 minutes at 220 ° C, lower the temperature to 180 ° C and bake for another 20-30 ' , until the surface of the pie to brown well .
