APPLE PIE
Materials Prescription
 
• 2 cups. tea raising flour alone
 
• 2 teaspoon baking powder
 
• 1 cup. butter tea
 
• 1 ½ cups. tea sugar
 
• 2 eggs
 
• 4 apples cut into cubes
 
• 1/2 cup. tea brandy
 
• 1/2 cup. milk tea
 
• 1 teaspoon cinnamon
 
• 1 teaspoon cloves
 
Execution
 
1. Beat in mixer the butter and sugar until fluffy . Add the eggs one at a time and mix well . Then slowly add the flour sifted with baking powder and add the brandy , milk , cinnamon and cloves.
 
2 . Mix to have a mixture of soft just like cakes. Add the apples, cut into cubes and continue stirring while longer .
 
3. Brush with butter and sprinkle with flour a baking pan diameter 28 cm Pour in the mixture and bake at 180 ˚ C for 1 hour.
 
4. Doff the pie from the oven , let it cool for about 10 minutes and then serve it . Servings: 10 Preparation time: 15 minutes Cooking time: 60 minutes
