SPINACH
Materials Prescription
 
• 1 packet leaf pastry
 
• 1 ½ kilo spinach coarsely
 
• 3 leeks, chopped
 
• 1 bunch green onions, chopped
 
• 1 bunch dill, finely chopped
 
• 300 grams. Slice into wafers
 
• 3 cups. fresh milk tea
 
• 3 tbsp semolina
 
• 5 eggs
 
• 1 cup. tea olive
 
• salt
 
• freshly ground pepper
 
Execution
 
Put the leeks in a saucepan with a little water equal to the shrouds , and steam them until they drink their water . Add 1/3 cup . tea olive ( from the total recipe ) and fresh onions and let them 2-3. Add spinach coarsely and leave on high heat for 5-6 to drink all the fluids . Remove from heat and sprinkle with dill , feta cheese and semolina. Add salt and pepper as desired and mix well . Spread half sheets in the pan , pour the filling and cover with the remaining leaves. We turn the edges inward. We engrave the spinach into pieces . Beat the eggs with the remaining olive oil and milk. Pour over the spinach . Bake at 180oC resistors for 1 hour, until well browned .
