BOUGATSA WITH CHEESE
Materials Prescription
 
• 1 packet (450 grams). Crust
 
• 1/2 cup. tea oil for leaf
 
• 80 grams. butter
 
• 200 grams. semolina
 
• 1 liter fresh milk
 
• 1 pound crumbled feta
 
• 2 eggs
 
• 2 egg yolks
 
• freshly ground pepper
 
Execution
 
Melt the butter in a saucepan . Add the semolina and stir to lubricate . Add the milk and stir until cream thickens . After thickens , remove from the heat. Add eggs one at a time and egg , stirring with wire to homogenise the cream. Allow the cream to cool . Finally add the crumbled feta and stir. Grate pepper as desired . We will use shallow pie pan , 36 cm The Lightly oil . Spread the nine sheets , lubricating them one a radially into the pan ( to abound out enough ) . Shred one sheet and pour in filling. Mix well and spread the filling on the leaf strewn . We turn inward (on the filling ) sheets projecting . On top lay a lubricating one other cards , bigontas edges below the pies ( as we do in custard ) . Bake the pies at 200 ° C in resistors for about 40 , well browned . Servings: 10
